Haul has a free plan, so you can try it before paying. Haul Plus and Haul Pro are digital subscriptions that start working the moment you pay.
Because access is given immediately, payments for Haul Plus and Haul Pro — first payments and renewals — are not refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partly used periods. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live; where the law requires a refund, you'll get one.
You can cancel whenever you like in Haul under Settings → Your plan → Manage billing. Cancelling stops all future payments; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then go back to the free plan. Your account and listings stay.
Our orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for all our orders. If you were charged by mistake or have a billing question, reply to the receipt Polar emailed you, or manage your subscription from Settings → Your plan → Manage billing.
